Requirements for Confirmation

1. Student must be 14 years of age or older as of September 1, 2024 and must be a Freshman, Sophmore or Junior in High School.  No Exceptions

2. All absences must be pre-approved and make up work must be submitted.

3. A student who exceeds three absences will be required to repeat the academic year.

4. All students must attend mass on Sundays and Holy Days of obligation and sign in and out using their QR code. 

5. All students must be active in a church ministry to provide their community service to the church.  

6. All students must live at least one confirmation retreat at St. Patrick prior to receiving the sacrament.

7. All students are required to perform 10 hours of community service per year. 

You will be asked to upload these documents on the registration application.

1. Birth Certificate

2. Baptismal Certificate - If applicable

3. First Holy Communion Certificate - If applicable

4. Name Change information - If applicable

5. Medical Insurance Card - If applicable

1. All parents are required to participate in 4 parent sessions provided by St. Patrick Church.

2. All parents are required to perform 10 hours of community service per year.
