Requirements for First Holy Communion

1. Student must be 7 years of age or older as of September 1, 2024.

2. Student must attend 2 consecutive years of preparation classes at St. Patrick.

3. All absences must be previously approved and make up work must be turned in.

4. Students must have no more than 3 absences per year.

5. Attend mass all Sundays and Holy Days of Obligation and sign in and out using their QR code.

6. Attend a retreat on their 2nd year of preparation classes.

7. Pass the end of year assessment.

You will be required to upload this information when filling out online application. 

1. Birth Certificate

2. Baptismal Certificate - if applicable

3. Name Change information - if applicable

1. All parents are required to participate in 3 parent sessions provided by St. Patrick Church.
