Event Details: Encounter Conference - REGISTRATION IS CLOSED

• Date: Saturday, January 11, 2025

• Time: 8:30 AM – 4:00 PM

• Location: St. Augustine High School Gym, 1300 Galveston St, Laredo, TX 78040

• Fee: $20 per person (for both high school youth and adult volunteers). This fee includes:

  • A Chick-fil-A sandwich, chips, and water or soft drink

  • An Encounter Conference t-shirt

Who Can Attend:

High School Youth:

Participants must bring a completed Registration & Code of Conduct Form and Parental Liability Waiver to the event.

Adult Volunteers:

Volunteers must be active St Patrick Church catechists and up-to-date with their Safe Environment Training. A completed Adult Medical Consent Form is also required at the event.  Please email cguzman@stpatricklaredo.org if you are interested in being a chaperone at the event.
